THE HOME
The apartment entirely renovated in May 2016 is equipped with bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin.
The windowless bedroom, has a comfortable double bed and a large fitted wardrobe, is isolated from the rest of the apartment with the curtains and ventilated by a ceiling fan.
The living area has a kitchen, fitted with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer and everything you need to cook for 4 people.
A sofa bed allows you to relax in front of the Mobile TV (digital channel) with usb port to read audio and video files,
the installation of air conditioning is also a heat pump.
In the living room there is an additional walk-in closet.
The double doors opening onto the balcony with chairs and table outside.
The apartment has access to a digital combination safe and WI-Fi on request.
TRANSPORT & SERVICES
The apartment is located in the area of Figueretas. The airport is 15 minutes by taxi or by bus. It is one kilometer from the center of Ibiza (5 euro taxi ride) and 1.5 km from Playa d'en Bossa. At 30 meters you can find the sandy beach, where if you can rent sun loungers.
On maritime passeio a few meters from the house for ferries to Formentera and Es Vedra, at affordable prices.
The area is well served by local, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, supermarkets (Eurosky, Lidl, Despar), banks, car / scooter clothing.
The service buses and AquaBus allow you to visit the island and its beaches even without renting a vehicle.
Ibiza has two Casualty, very fast (it is recommended that in the area PACHA).
RELAX & FUN
Ibiza is the homeland of fun, but also relaxation and contact with nature, so ask is you can enjoy your perfect holiday.
1.5 km from the apartment starts Playa d'en Bossa with its beach bar on the beach, where a Sangria or enjoy a cocktail at the rhythm of famous DJs (see BORA BORA). a little further on the Ushuaia waiting for you the latest in entertainment and the legendary SPACE.
Going the opposite side after a 1 km we arrive at the heart of IBIZA, and here we can choose whether to visit Dalt Villa, with its houses perched along the gorgeous view and a number of cafes or remain in the area at the foot of the old town, the harbor for a coffee or browse through the infinete stalls and shops. Ibiza in places where drinking, eating tapas or enjoy a meal without haste are so many, you just have to choose your own. Moving a taxi or half can of course raggiungre all the most famous clubs and the most famous beaches.
